Our Produce

We have sourced a mix of artisan cheeses, charcuterie and seafood from local producers and suppliers. The following is a selection of what we may hold when you visit.

We have cheeses and charcuterie from across the south of England, France and Italy, most from small producers.  We think our mix of cheeses has something for those who know what they like and others with a sense of adventure.

Our shellfish is sourced locally, including the famous Poole Bay oysters.

Seafood

We source our seafood from local suppliers and, where possible,  try to ensure that shellfish is from Poole and Dorset waters.

If you are a fan of oysters, you’ll love ours, straight from Poole Bay and yours to eat as you like, a splash of lemon or tabasco are favourite.  Wash them down with a glass of champagne, a crisp white wine or even a glass of stout.
